INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND NON-DERIVATIVE WORKS AGREEMENT

Platform: Storycraft Lab and The Wheel of Belonging

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing, using, or participating in the Storycraft Lab platform, The Wheel of Belonging methodology, or any related services, content, or materials (collectively, the "Platform"), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I acknowledge that all intellectual property, proprietary methods, know-how, processes, frameworks, content, insights, and materials available through or generated by the Platform, including but not limited to:

• The Wheel of Belonging methodology and framework
• Storycraft Lab's proprietary processes and techniques
• All content, exercises, assessments, and tools provided
• Generated insights, reports, and personalized content
• Underlying algorithms, methodologies, and systematic approaches

are the exclusive intellectual property of Storycraft Lab and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

NON-DERIVATIVE WORKS COMMITMENT

I expressly agree that I will NOT:

Create Copycat Works:

Use any aspect of the Platform's intellectual property, methodology, or content to create competing, similar, or substantially equivalent platforms, services, or products.

Develop Derivative AI Tools:

Utilize any insights, methods, frameworks, or content from the Platform to develop, train, or enhance artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or automated tools that replicate, approximate, or compete with the Platform's functionality.

Reverse Engineer:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the underlying methodologies, algorithms, or systematic approaches used by the Platform.

Create Competing Frameworks:

Develop or contribute to the development of alternative belonging assessment tools, storytelling frameworks, or related methodologies that incorporate elements derived from the Platform.

Unauthorized Commercial Use:

Use any Platform-generated content, insights, or methodologies for commercial purposes outside of personal application without explicit written permission.

SCOPE OF RESTRICTIONS

These restrictions apply to:

• Direct copying or adaptation of Platform materials
• Creation of substantially similar competing products or services
• Development of AI/ML systems trained on Platform methodologies or outputs
• Any derivative works that incorporate Platform intellectual property
• Commercial exploitation of Platform-generated insights or content

PERMITTED USES

This agreement does NOT restrict:

• Personal use of insights gained for individual growth and development
• General application of belonging and storytelling principles in personal contexts
• Sharing personal experiences or outcomes in non-commercial settings
• Academic discussion or citation with proper attribution (non-commercial)

ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

I understand that violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of Platform access
• Legal action for intellectual property infringement
• Claims for damages and injunctive relief
• Other remedies available at law or equity

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

By proceeding to access or use the Platform, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. I acknowledge that my agreement to these terms is a condition of accessing the Platform and its content.
